In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • Friendly and helpful staff — Multiple guests noted the staff's language skills, efficiency, and willingness to help with check-ins, room changes, and airport advice.
  • Central location near transport — A short walk from Midi station, Grand Place, and the old town, with easy access to metro and buses, including those from Charleroi airport.
  • Good value for money — Guests frequently praised the price relative to the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and provided toiletries and linen.
–

Worth weighing

3 to weigh
  • Shared bathrooms in some dorms — Some dormitory rooms rely on shared bathroom facilities, and in one case, a single bathroom served an 8-room dorm, which could cause queues.
  • Reception might be at a different location — One guest noted that check-in for their room was at a nearby hostel, not on-site, which could be confusing for some arrivals.
  • No pets allowed — The property does not permit pets, so travelers with animals will need to look elsewhere.
